Christine ( leasing agent) is great! Moved in May 15, 2024. She helped me out with the details with patience and kindness. ... My place is quiet , nice and clean. Got an assigned parking spot right next to my apt. Walgreens & Safeway are close by. Very nice location. Quick maintenance response -got my window blind fixed . I moved to One Canyon Place a month ago, and so far it has been a great experience!! Christine and Jennifer were so helpful ... with the application and move in process. I did not have the ability to tour my apartment prior to moving in due to my schedule. They answered all my questions I had through email promptly and thoroughly! I submitted a service request for a free items after moving in and maintenance was quick to fix all my requests. Will left a copy of the work order with all his notes on what he fixed. It is very obvious the team here takes a lot of pride in their community and care for their residents. Their hard work is very much appreciated. Highly recommend One Canyon Place Apartments!! These apartments are in a great location. Multiple shopping and eating options. Access to major highways is another plus. ... The apartment staff are very responsive and attended to my requests as soon as possible. As a gated community I felt safe here. Finally, the amenities especially the pool made for great summer fun! One canyon place is a great place to live. I moved her from the Midwest a little over a year ago. I was referred to one ... Canyon Place by a resident. I didn’t know what to expect upon my arrival. I’m happy to say, my expectations were fulfilled. The office staff is great. A very kind and pleasant group of women. The maintenance men at canyon place go above and beyond their daily duties. The entire staff at One Canyon Place is so friendly and caring providing immediate responses when needed. I particularly ... would like to thank the hardworking maintenance staff for responding to requests. The lights in my outside hallway were out leaving the hallway dark and dangerous as myself and other tenents were coming and going. I moved to One Canyon Place a couple of months ago. I love my spacious apartment and my neighbors. The staff, including ... maintenance, are always very courteous and helpful. It is so convenient to everything that I find that I am saving money! Safeway is right next door so I save money on my gas and groceries. Walgreen's is right next door and if I have to go back to Tacoma, it is just a 20 minute drive. I like it here already! I have lived here for about a year, I just love how quiet this community is. Even though it is right on canyon road I can't ... hear any of the noise from the street, and having starbucks and safeway within walking distance is so convenient. I have a beautiful view of the woodland from my kitchen and the landscaping is always beautiful. The maintenance team is prompt when I put in a request for service, and they are always very friendly.
